Turkey is not a member of any visa regime (Schengen etc.) Turkey's visa regime may vary by country. All details about visa regimes can be found on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that they are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure, including a passport that is valid for at least six months after return travel date.(may vary by country, check for your own country)


We cannot accept liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into country due to failure on your part to carry any necessary documentation.


If your entry to Turkey after passport control is not accepted or delayed for any reason, apasastravel.com has no responsibility. In such a case, your refund request will be evaluated and the cost of the services that may be cancelled on your tour will be refunded to you.


Travellers suffering from any known or suspected medical condition that can have an effect on travel, or women more than 30 weeks pregnant, must notify apasastravel.com at least 30 days before departure.In these cases, they must also produce a medical certificate confirming fitness to travel. apasastravel.com reserves the right to refuse or to cancel bookings if relevant certificates are not produced. In this regard, apasastravel.com will not be liable for any failure, negligence, or deceit on behalf of the traveller. apasastravel.com will not be liable for any operator’s refusal to carry any person who has not notified apasastravel.com of their condition.


apasastravel.com offers a variety of tours, packages tickets and services (“products”) through its website (apasastravel.com). culturetripturkey.com’s Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations; therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by apasastravel.com The purchase of any travel services offered by apasastravel.com constitutes a contractual arrangement between the person making the booking and apasastravel.com, and represents acceptance of culturetripturkey.com’s Terms and Conditions described here.


Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.


Please note that apasastravel.com packages do not include luggage porterage and airport assistance services. This services can be available on certain routes with an extra fee. If you would like to purchase luggage porterage and/or airport assistant services , please contact us after your booking.

We always advise that you should pack light. A good rule of thumb is to bring no more than what you can comfortably carry between the bus and your hotel room.


If you are booking for persons other than yourself, you warrant that you have the authority to do so. The booking Terms and Conditions will also apply to all the other members of the party and you are responsible to ensure that all payments are made on behalf of all members of the party. As an individual booker, you need to be at least 18 years of age to be able to make a booking.

Every detail regarding the booking must be carefully filled in, for all packages including domestic flight, please ensure that all passengers’ name are identical to the names as they are in the passports.


Also, state details on accommodation, tours and other requested services, such as related to specific needs upon your booking confirmation, an email will follow containing your booking number and a list of services purchased.


You will also receive an email containing a confirmation invoice and, if applicable, your e-ticket for your flight.


Please check all details on your confirmation and documents carefully to ensure they are exactly as you requested. In the event of discrepancy, please contact apasastravel.com immediately as it may not be possible to make changes later.


We will contact you by email as soon as possible after you purchase the tour. In this e-mail we will ask you about your hotel room preferences and other details. Please check the email inbox.




apasastravel.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

For all bookings, a 20% refundable deposit must be paid at the time of the booking.


You can make the balance payment with your credit card or cash during the tour in Turkey. If you want to pay the balance in cash, a 5% discount is available on the balance amount.


For example, let's say the total cost of the tour you booked is $1000. You will pay 20% of this amount as a deposit when booking the website.


You can pay the remaining $800 in Turkey by credit card or cash. However, if you want to pay this amount in cash, we will offer a 5% discount, so the amount you will pay will be $760.


If you do not complete your payment on the first day you arrive in Turkey, all your tours will be canceled. In such a case, you cannot make any claims.


Please note: Some of our holiday packages may have stricter payment rules, and in those cases the specific information will be stated in the package details on our website.



A cancellation must be sent to apasastravel.com in writing, by e-mail, and need to be confirmed by apasastravel.com in order to be valid.

In conformity with business practices within the Turkey travel industry, the traveller is required to pay cancellation fees on the total holiday price as follows:


Cancellation charges;

  • The deposit amount on tours including domestic flight tickets cannot be refunded after purchase of the flight tickets. Your reservation will be cancelled after it is notified by email to us in writing 7 days before the date of travel. Please note that hotel costs will be charged on the same credit card for cancellations made up to 6 days before the start date of the tour.
  • Tours without flight tickets and hotel accommodation (usually daily tours) can be cancelled free of charge until 24 hours before the start of the tour.(The start time of day tours is set at 09 am.)
  • Detailed cancellation policy description for each tour is available on the tour page. Some tours may have special cancellation policies. Therefore, we would like you to review the cancellation policy terms in detail before completing your booking.
  • If a service that has been confirmed unconditionally is cancelled by apasastravel.com, for example, due to insufficient participation, cancellations will be made with at least 4 weeks’ (28 days) notice. apasastravel.com shall make every effort to provide similar alternative arrangements without additional costs. Should those alternatives not be to your satisfaction, a full refund will be made of the amount paid.
  • The counting method for cancellation charges excludes the day of arrival and starts on the date when we receive written notice of cancellation, or on the date upon which your cancellation is treated as occurring because of non-payment. A week is seven days



apasastravel.com does not sell domestic flight tickets.

If flights are included in the tours, we book flights and make the payment on behalf you.

The airline's cancellation policy applies to ticket cancellations.

Domestic flights cover a maximum of 15 kg of luggage and 8 kg cabin baggage. (you can buy extra luggage on the airline's website)

Domestic flight tickets are economy class.



All prices on the apasastravel.com website are per person, unless otherwise specified, and includes VAT and all other taxes. (for cash payment)

All rates quoted on our website are based on current purchasing prices in Turkey.

apasastravel.com reserves the right to increase/decrease prices published on our website, without notice, in the event of currency fluctuation, changes to government taxes, or due to any other cost increases beyond culturetripturkey.com’s control. In this event, apasastravel.com will absorb an amount equivalent to 5% of the total holiday price. Amounts that exceed the 5%, will be charged to the traveller; however, travellers will be entitled to cancel their booking with a full refund if the surcharge exceeds 10%. No changes will be made to prices within 30 days prior to traveller’s departure to Turkey.

Force Majeure

apasastravel.com disclaims responsibility for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or changes in schedules resulting from causes beyond the control of apasastravel.com. Such causes include, but are not limited to, acts of nature, labour disputes or any other irregularity beyond culturetripturkey.com’s control. apasastravel.com reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, should the necessity arise. In case of any changes in flights (domestic or international), the travellers shall pay any additional cost caused by this, at the time the service is provided (extra hotel nights, meals, transfers etc.). We advise all traveller(s) to have comprehensive travel insurance to meet all contingencies.


General liability

apasastravel.com will not be responsible for any injury, illness, death, loss (for example loss of enjoyment), damage, expense, cost or other sum or claim of any description whatsoever which results from any of the following:

• The act(s) and/or omission(s) of the traveller(s) affected or any member(s) of their party or

• the act(s) and/or omission(s) of a third party not connected with the provision of the services and which were unforeseeable or unavoidable or

• circumstances beyond apasastravel.com control as defined under Force Majeure.


Complaints by Traveller

If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform apasastravel.com immediately so that we can endeavour to put things right.



apasastravel.com considers adequate travel insurance to be essential. apasastravel.com cannot accept responsibility for any cost for you or any of your travel party that may incur as a result of failing to take out insurance cover. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance covers all your activities during your holiday, for example, water sports,riding tours and winter sports. Please read your policy carefully and take it with you on your holiday.



If you do not supply the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, the issue of your tickets may be delayed and the overall cost may increase. We reserve the right to cancel your holiday if your card payment is declined or if you have supplied incorrect credit card information. We also reserve the right to do random checks in order to minimise credit card fraud.
